DISASTER RESTORATION GALLERY:

This basement was flooded due to a sewer back-up. The bottom two feet of insulation, drywall, mouldings, as well as flooring, door units, and new paint were required to restore this project back to new. The bathroom also had to be completely gutted and re-installed.

Virtually the entire main level of this home, as well as part of the basement was effected by melting ice ("ice damming") as a result of inadequate insulation in the attic. The entire main floor was gutted right down to bare studs. This allowed for rewiring to include recessed pot lights and under cabinet lighting. The wall dividing the kitchen from the living room was removed and substituted for an island to offer an open concept feeling. New insulation, drywall, flooring, kitchen cabinets & fixtures, mouldings, door units, and paint were all required to complete this project.

This sewer back-up restoration required the removal of all flooring, mouldings, door units, bathroom fixtures, bar cabinets, and the bottom two feet of the drywall. The project went even further, adding a new office, bar area, and a complete re-wiring to include recessed pot lights and a flush mount electric fireplace. The space was also finished by adding 5.1 surround sound with a wall mounted television.

This restoration was the result of an upstairs bathroom flooding, with most of the water damage caused to the basement below. The gas fireplace had to be removed and re-installed, which allowed for the area to be re-designed to include a theatre area. Semi-floating shelves were added, as well as replacement of ceiling tiles, flooring, mouldings, and paint.
